'This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here

'Ongelooflijk hoeveel ruimte je hebt op zo’n beperkte oppervlakte. De kamers zijn ruim al is de oppervlakte klein. Je kamer heeft een nespresso en een frigootje met wat soft drinks. Alles inbegrepen. Je krijgt een mobieltje waarmee je lokale calls kan maken. Maar service wordt niet geboden. Het restaurant is uitbesteed aan een soort snelle hap kroeg. De tafeltjes zijn te klein en de hygiëne onbestaand. Teruggaan doe ik alvast niet. In deze categorie is Mira Moon een betere keuze.'

'I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. '

'Wat een fijne familie kamer/appartement! Schoon, attent personeel, prima ontbijt.
We kwamen al om 11u bij het hotel, moe en toe aan een douche na een lange vlucht uit Amsterdam. Ondanks dat we pas vanaf 14u konden inchecken was onze kamer na 10 minuten wachten al klaar!
Prachtig uitzicht over Hong Kong en Botanische tuin, wat ook een heel fijn plekje is om te relaxen vlak voor de deur. Ook de peak tram zit vlakbij, op loopafstand en een Fusion supermarkt op 50m. Tip: je mag als je het netjes...

'Our experience at the Conrad Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were unfailingly courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. 'The hotel is a bit dated. The room is tiny and it lacks fresh air. Also, the room smelled a bit off. If you are looking for a great location at an affordable price this could be the right choice. If you need a bit more room, then I suggest a hotel farther away and take a taxi to this area. '
'While the check in process was good, the initial room did not have air-conditioning working and that put me off after a long flight. Glenn - the night manager - was very prompt in changing to another room, that was very comfortable. After that the service - impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so nice getting me ice every few hours and always smiling. I never thought any hotel could match Mandarin but this one does the job and better. The hot and cold plunge pools at gym were handy to soothe...
