The hotel was just put under new ownership and has a lot of potential, the design is great the restaurant when it reopens will be a great set up as well. Don’t want to bash it because they are trying and to clean things up do take time. I look...

'This place was excellent in every way. We wanted to see the Arch and it was less than a 1/2 mile walk from there. We could leave our car in the garage while we went and came back after noon to continue our trip.

"Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
