'Zeer goed hotel '

'Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!'

'Excellent service!'

'The Petersham has a lovely riverside setting in Richmond, and the surroundings are the best part of the stay. The location is hard to beat for walking along the Thames and getting into Richmond. The rest of the stay was uneven. Shower was terrible, no fan or AC in hot room. For the price I expected a more polished experience. It's a good place to stay for the setting, but I'd want a few details fixed before I recommend it without hesitation. Three stars.'

'Op wandelafstand van station Brentford, ruime kamer, goede bedden. Enkel ontbijt mag uitgebreider.'

'Receptie was geweldig. Zeer begaan met hun klanten Mooie badkamer, zeer goede bedden. Mooi zwembad'

'Ontbijt was echt fantastisch. Personeel bij de ontvangstbalie waren alleen met hun telefoon bezig. Vaak langsgelopen zonder oogcontact of begroeting. Lift was drie keer kapot. Onderhoudsbeurt echt even doen. Kamers en bedden super.'

'Tip: plak een sticker met de nummers van de receptie etc en plak het op die telefoon in de kamer.'

'We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. The washing machine and fridge seemed new and there were refreshments free of charge when we arrived. The wifi was fast and stable. We brought our 18...

'Cannot fault my stay here at the Alexander Pope. Some of the restuarant staff were very new and that was clear. But on consideration yii have to learn somewhere and the more experienced staff balanced it out. All staff super friendly, food was good and well portioned. Room was clean and well presented with somewhat spaceage taps. Would for sure choose this spot again if staying in the area.'

'De meeste mensen van het personeel waren super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ook heel lekker gegeten. Heel ruime badkamer. Niets te kort. Het sofabed waar de dochter in sliep in onze kamer lag wel iets minder comfortabel. '

'Voor deze prijs, in Londen was het een uitstekende en gezellige plek. '

'Very friendly staff. Convenient location near the Stadium anc the village centre. Traffic noise (incl aircraft for Heathrow), but at night very little traffic so limited nuisance. Room very small, I had to unpack my bag on the floor. Fair value for money.'

'Had a blast here staying over for the Brentford game'
