'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'All I will see is that if you are looking to a beautiful beach jolly beach is just that! If you want that beach to be accompanied by great food and decent rooms then jolly beach resort is not for you. I have been to many hotels ranging from 3-5 stars and let me tell you how this place gets 3 stars is beyond me. The staff is rude, you don’t get your room cleaned, you have to stalk them for towels, the power went out 3 times and no one does anything about it. I understand that you get what you pay...
