'After a 12 hour delay in flights we arrived at night in stead of day time, really nice reception quick and smooth but that was the inly positive vibe we noticed later. We arrived around 22.00 everything in the hotel but also in town was closed , we looked and asked everywhere , we couldn’t buy something to drink even water or stronger at our arrival. Super strange on a friday night it looked like a gohst town (pretty but nothing to do) super sad

'Very friendly staff, great wine choices for a complimentary happy hour in the evening, warm cookies when we returned from dinner, convenient 24 hour tea and coffee area, amazing free breakfast with a view…. And on and on. We stayed here and spent our time in Sausalito and then went on to San Francisco- the location of this hotel was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. '

'They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal.
