'No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. '

'The property itself was new so it was shocking to endure the hvac sounds and inaccurate heating and cooling. The unit was loud and incessant and the temperature was inconsistent. The fridge made clacking sounds at random moments throughout our stay. It was difficult to sleep when we were unable to get the temp down below 73 at bedtime only to wake to 68 degree temps in the morning. It had a mind of it's own. The couch was uncomfortable and the mattress and pillows were, as well. The coffee was...

'This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. Parking outside and in their parking garage with elevator access. I would give more stars if i could. I will always stay here. Thank you'

'The bed was not properly secured to the pedestal. It rock and creaked all night with all movements. Can't do anything about the highway, so that was my fault for stopping at 12 of the 38 pictures. We've stayed in Baymonts before so we were surprised that the overall property was so beat up.'

'Got double charged for room- once by hotel and once by Expedia- hotel says the don’t use Expedia- it had been a 15 hour day and 11 o’clock at night- stayed and trying to reach Expedia to correct- I would advise people not to stay in area- go closer to Columbia '

'All was good except walls thin heard other tv’s in room connected to us, stomping from people up from us. Noise started like after 10 pm the first day and we reported to staff and they took care of it right away but day 2 noise kept going till after 1 am.'

I informed the owner of the situation and she said that she didn't believe me and didn't have time to view the photos and asked that I email the photos to her. The email she provided was invalid. She also told me not to come back. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter I have photos of my findings, if needed. '
