'The location of this hotel is very good and conveniently close to many of Washington, DC's major attractions with just a short taxi ride. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. On the first night, the bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, which was a problem since I was traveling with family. It took three separate visits from hotel staff before the issue was finally fixed, causing unnecessary disruption during our stay. On the second night, I found a large cockroach in the...

'The breakfast buffet staff was friendly and helpful, and the gym was clean and well-equipped, though it had a slight musty smell. The rooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. However, the carpets did not appear to be very clean and could benefit from better maintenance. The only downside was that the front desk was frequently unattended in the evenings when assistance was needed.'
