'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket'

'Location is fantastic and bed was comfortable. but unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t clean. The cabin had hair in the broom, was full of flies, a simple vacuum would have been good. '

'We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay'

'Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location '

'Clean room, helpful staff. Patking pricey, and if on 1st floor, warning that this place is like party central. Its a great community builder, and at least there were decnt soundblocking doors, but it gets loud. 3 of the 4 nights there was a loud event. Also, parkinhg was surprisingly expensive.'

'Room was clean and cozy, resorts has lots of pools, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even the rollaway bed we requested was comfortable. Minor drawback was the food options but there are lots of options nearby. Overall very satisfied with the stay.'
