In a nice neighborhood, quiet by Hong Kong standards, close to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei, but with a friendly atmosphere. My room was on the 16th floor, very airy, light and well insulated. 'small room,but that is what you can expect in Hongkong. Still the price is to high. The building and the passages need a renovation. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels during our stay and no water provided. Staff invisible,apart from the incheck-moment. The location is fine, centre of Kowloon and near the metro station Mong Kok .'

'The main reason I took this hotel was because it was clean. Good bed, clean sheets, clean toilet and perfect shower. Not mucht facilities but I don't need it either. Good price for very clean room. The hotel is in the middle of Mong Kok. Nice area with markets and local food and main shopping street. Two steps away form Subway!! I enjoyed it very much. The view was bit dissapointing but also I don't need that. '
