This was the best vacation of our lives starting with the spectacular spacious villa that captured the ocean at every view, then the service... OUTSTANDING! Thariq who was our butler was there for everything we needed whether it was having nice suprises set up for us to celebrate my husband's birthday as well as our wedding anniversary as well and the dinners, the breakfast, all the set ups were fabulous, and excellent food! He showed true kindness giving us the space when needed for our rest and relaxation and being there to set up other things like our private dinner on the beach. Every person on this island has such a kind soul and it was an honor speaking to many individually. This is a dream experience we have wanted to do for so long and we are so blessed to have experienced this at Jumeirah Maldives. If you are reading this as a potential new traveler, don't hesitate...book with Jumeirah Maldives as it will be the best experience of your life as well!

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff and service were incredible - we went with two young kids (11 months and 3.5 years old) and they took great care of us. The only thing is that the house reef isn't great. If we wanted good snorkelling, we had to take a boat (they do offer options).

The water villa was very nice 👌. The food quality was great. The staff were super friendly. However the transportation from airport to the resort was planned and got delayed for 3 hours and i had to discuss it with management to convince them to refund the transportation fee. food options very limited and food portion does not match my half-board price. The cleaning wasn't up to standards. We stayed for a week and found out that 4 days out of 7 days we only get towels changed and coffee cups gets washed by filling up the sink and throw them in!!! Activities and spa rates are extremely expensive Would I go back again? definitely not as by the amount I paid I could get better offerings

This hotel was exquisite and extremely well cared for. The staff was extremely attentive and the beaches were probably one of the top 5 we have every seen. Be sure to be sitting down for dinner in time for the unforgettable sunsets and have your camera ready.

First and foremost, LUX* North Male has been the absolute BEST resort we have ever stayed at. From the customer service, the resort itself, food, staff members, etc. they treat you with luxury and make you have an experience you have ever experienced before. We left LUX* North Male feeling the love and support from each and everyone of the staff members. From the very moment we were in the hands of a LUX* staff member was during our check-in for our Seaplane ride to the resort. We came across a gentleman named, Fair who was extremely nice. He helped us checking in all our luggage, accompanied us to the lounge and made sure we had refreshments and food. The moment Moomin met us when we got off the Seaplane, he showed us around the resort and around our water villa. We were so skeptical bringing our toddler with us to Maldives but I’m so glad we took the leap of faith and decided to go regardless of his age. The resort couldn’t be more child/baby friendly. The moment we walk into our water villa, there was already a crib made for him including a diaper genie for all his diapers!!!! This resort thought of it ALL! They had robes for ALL OF US, including our 19-month-old son! The robe even fit him perfectly! Our water villa was HUGE. The modern décor was the nicest I’ve ever laid eyes on. Everything was super clean, and I loved that they provide bottles of water (still or sparkling) daily and ensure that we were well stocked with drinks, food and different amenities the resort had

A Brilliant Place to Stay
We booked a 5 day stay in a 2 bed beach villa. The accommodation was excellent - spacious - clean and ideal for us (family of 5). The service at the resort was equally excellent can’t really fault it. Movie on the roof terrace was a lovely treat (did it 2nights) and snorkelling with turtles was a highlight. From meeting us at arrival to checking us in at departure and (Ali my namesake - our departure helper) waving us bye at the airport service was excellent. Staff really seemed to have a genuine pride in their hotel.

The most beautiful property I’ve ever seen. It’s picture perfect beyond perfect. Very clean very organized. The most beautiful staff amazing customer service. I’ve traveled to many beautiful countries in the world but nothing like the customer service I’ve seen here. If there is any flaw which you will hardly find a flaw they will make sure you don’t stay a second unsatisfied. Amazing amazing amazing. Shiham was our point of contact there and he went above and beyond.
