'The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is good, but not special. During our stay the pool was out of service. Everyday they told us that the pool would go open soon. Unfortunately we could not use it and we were not able to cancel the booking because it was pre-paid. Bad service!'

'We were stranded here for 2 days during the big January 2026 snowstorms that shut down the entire Northeast. With limited rooms available in the area it was quickly becoming difficult to find a place to wait out the storm. while other hotels were raising prices these guys didn't. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would 100% stay here again.'

'This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am VERY particular when it comes to hotels. So to give a hotel 5 stars is saying a lot. I did not find one stain or hair on bedding, towels, carpet, or tile in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everyone had plenty of space. The entire hotel smells clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. Again, kept very clean. Not a crumb left on the tables. All staff members were very friendly. I would highly recommend...

'Exterior Entrance had caught fire, so was very vacant looking upon entry, but once inside the staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Granted it looks like its been refreshed, but housekeeping has kept it clean & welcoming. '
