Villa Arizona is a spacious countryside retreat set within the Mas Mestre urbanisation of Olivella, just 10 km from Sitges. Surrounded by nature and mountain views, the villa offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to the coast. Spanning 400 m², with most of the plot arranged on a single level, the property is designed to encourage easy indoor-outdoor living. Accommodating up to 15 guests across six bedrooms, it is well suited to larger groups of family or friends seeking both comfort and privacy. High-quality materials feature throughout, including premium windows designed to insulate from heat and noise.


Outdoor living is central to the experience at Villa Arizona. The garden frames a private 8 x 4 metre pool with steps, complemented by sun loungers, a chill-out area and multiple terraces. The porch, multiple balconies, backyard, barbecue with two grills and outdoor shower further enhance the open-air spaces. Inside, the villa is arranged over two floors with a spacious lounge, a dining area seating up to 14 guests, and a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans ensure comfort during warmer months.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

Please note our partners have informed us that this property is wheelchair accessible via a ramp up to the house, however please contact us prior to booking so that we can ensure your access needs can be met inside the house.



A pool fence is available on request and for an additional charge of €75 per booking - this is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.



Please note that air conditioning and ceiling fans are featured in 5 of the 6 bedrooms.

1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:

- €25 per cot

- €15 per high chair

- €20 per cot mattress topper

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Extra €350, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
