'The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. The electrical lighting was very poor, nothing but a few lamps which were inadequate. Also thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. The donuts were stale and the other things served...

'Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.'

'I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center.'

'My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!'
