'Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least.
On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.'

'Horrible please don’t stay here. Water doesn’t work half the time, toilet pours water on the floor, no hot water at all, no kettle in any room, 1 television channel that is not clear at all. They cleaned room 1 time for 8 days! Staff just wants to be dashed over and over again even coming to your room several times daily.
