'Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least.
On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.'

'From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!'
