'My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. 'This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available.
