'When I tried to check in to the hotel, the clerk told me that Expedia would not release the card funds to the hotel, and we would have to call a help line to figure it out. Meanwhile a housekeeper is yelling on his cell phone to someone in the background and made it difficult to hear/understand the clerk. Instead of fixing my issue the clerk kept prioritizing other customers instead of me, even though I arrived first. The Expedia help phone numbers proved to be useless, and I opted to abandon...
