Resort amenities include two heated pools, hot tubs, a full spa, and restaurants. A cross-country ski center and a skating rink provide winter fun. The fly-fishing pond, golf course, and tennis courts delight in the summer. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating, rafting, and paddleboarding.

The living area features a sofa bed and a gas fireplace. Watch movies on the flatscreen TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a two-burner stovetop, a sink, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Share home-cooked meals around the table for four in the dining area. The bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The bathroom can also be accessed from the living area.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Additional parking fees apply, if applicable:

Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
