My family loved the condo and the location. Very comfortable and well staged in terms of furniture and the look! Next time we are In Omaha, we’ll stay there again!

Good Location, Poor amenities

The location of the unit is nice. Walking distance to several places, or a short Uber anywhere in Omaha. We only had 3 towels for 4 people, in a unit that says up to 5 guests. All sink/shower drains were completely clogged. They use a key cafe for key access/drop off, that did not work when we were trying to leave. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach anyone by phone or email, and were unable to return our keys to the directions they required. Overall a nice stay, but the amenities/customer service lacked.

Would NOT stay here again!

This property was not clean. There was debris on the hardwood floor, clumps of hair, it was gross. There was a broken cigarette on the floor of one of the bedrooms and stains on the sheets. At your departure, you are required to strip down all of the linens and put anything dirty in a pile by the laundry machine, clean up your dishes, start the dishwasher, remove and dispose of all of the trash, all while they charge you a cleaning fee, but you still show up to a property that isn't clean. I have no problem cleaning up after myself, but do your part in tending to the cleanliness of the property. The outside noise from vehicles was awful, it woke me from my sleep. There would be periods in the early morning, usually between 6am-7am that the water in the property just wouldn't get hot. My mom ended up taking a cold shower. The water eventually warmed up usually some time after 7am. There was a very strange smell when you get to the floor that the unit is on, I held my breath most times. Luckily, that same smell wasn't in the unit itself. Cigarette ashes and used cigarettes were poured all over the main entry area. I'm guessing people that were searching for a cigarette to smoke. That went uncleaned our whole stay. Not a good experience, at all.

Weekend get away

This is a nice condo for ambulatory persons. The bedrooms don't get as cool with AC as living room and as we were use to. Overall good location and stay.
