The Space:

Pull up to a home that sits about as central as Omaha gets, and the first thing you'll notice is the cobalt-blue front door tucked beneath its little arched portico. It's the opening note in a house full of small, deliberate touches



The main floor: warm and classic

Entering the home, the honey-oak floors that run through the main floor, the coordinates of Omaha itself framed on the wall inside, and a brick fireplace with a real oak mantel anchors the living room, and when the fire is lit the whole space glows. Leather swivel chairs and a deep sofa circle a soft ottoman. French doors lead to the nook we call the coffee bar, marked by a few decorative signs, a row of mugs, and a framed "40°N / 96°W" the coordinates of Omaha itself! Just off the kitchen, a fun window-seat reading nook with a little kids' table makes this genuinely family-friendly. The dining table seats the whole group of 12 beneath a light, and the full granite kitchen complete with stainless appliances, generous prep space, and cabinets actually stocked with dishes, glassware, and cookware, is set up for real cooking, not just reheating.



Downstairs: the entertainment level

Head down and the home opens into its showpiece. The private home theater seats everyone in real power-recliner theater chairs the kind with USB charging and controls in the armrest. That seating faces a big wall-mounted screen for movie marathons and game-day watch parties. Steps away, a game lounge is built for the in-between hours. A felt-topped poker/game table with leather chairs, a wet bar with two beverage fridges and glassware, cozy blankets, and a deep shelf of board games and party games (Trivial Pursuit, Cards Against Humanity, The Office trivia, and more) under a vintage "BOX OFFICE" marquee. The arcade loft:
