We chose this hotel because it had high ratings. The room we got the ac wasn’t working properly, the refrigerator barely kept things cool , the drain for the bathtub wasn’t working, the coffee machine didn’t work in the room either. The ice machine on our floor was broken as well so you had to go to a different floor to get ice. I alerted the staff upon check out he was very kind and wrote everything down I was just disappointed he didn’t offer a discount or anything.

2 complaints which should be readily remedied: Heater had a loud squeaking noise while running & pillows in my room were terrible— need to be replaced— I have stayed at this property multiple times— it is convenient, clean & has a nice breakfast

Good location, subpar amenities
The air conditioner/fan made the most horrendous noise, so we couldn’t keep our room nice and cold. We didn’t let the front desk know, I didn’t want the hassle of moving all of our stuff! So we just didn’t use the heater or air conditioner. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Could use a coat of paint inside, so many scrapes on doors and walls. Also, we like a dark hotel room, light comes in from above the floor air conditioner/heater. Plus so much light from the hallway door. Overall good location and clean hotel.

The battery in the smoke detector started beeping around 3:15 am. We contacted the front desk and had a different room in under 10 minutes.

Our drain stopper for tub didn't work so we couldn't take a bath which we were looking forward to. Also I do NOT think our beds were queen. My daughter and I were way too close in bed. We always sleep together on our trips. The minute we walked in we said these are not queens. Terrell was awesome though a front desk. Very professional and welcoming.

Staff was extremely nice. There were lots of pillows and blankets were more than sufficient for whatever was needed for comfort. My one complaint is there is no USB slots for charging cables to plug into.

It was fine. Except that the room backed up to the elevator shafts and the wall vibrates and the sound of the elevators running came right through the wall. Maybe if you moved the beds from THAT wall to the opposite it would help when trying to sleep. Also you should pist what the cost for having a pet with you is rather than Suprise!!!! That will be $75.00 for your 9lb dog to stay with you, Really!!!

We understand our pet fee may not be like other hotels, however we do pride ourselves with the fact you are unaware of any smell or pet evidence in the rooms as we deep clean thoroughly. Nice hotel, however when we got there, there was nobody to check us in so we had to wait a while, then the pool wasn’t open on the two days we stayed in.

It was convenient for me. I live in Omaha and I stayed there because my bathroom was being remodeled. My only complaint is about the parking lot. It needs to be resurfaced. There is a section that is crumbling.
