Joel, I do apologize for the later check in than you expected. We do try to have all rooms ready by 3 but sometimes it's just not possible. The suggested check-in time is not always doable when you are sold out. It take more than 3 hours to clean 65-70 rooms to have ready for the guests. Please try us again when it's not so busy.

Allyson, I'm sorry we did not fill your specific needs to make this a great review. We are a limited service hotelthat is why the rates are do doable. If you need more services you will find several other IHG hotels that are upgraded and could meet your needs. I would love to know what would have made your stay better here. Rodney, I apologize for you not being aware of our pool closure, it has been posted on all sights for a month. It is open now. We do not allow guests to bring in outside people to swim here. so if you want them to be able to do so you have to register them also as a guest. It is simply a liability issue, I hope you understand. Please come back when you can swim and enjoy the pool. We appreciate your business.

Shannon, I am so sorry you got wrong information when you booked your room.Unfortunately we can'tcontrol what they do or say.The pool has been closed for 1 month and was advertised as such. We have not had a hot tub for 5 years. We are unable to modify their reservations after they put them in our system any changes have to come from them I sincerely hope you return and call here for your next stay so that we might do something for you to make up for your issue.
