Papillon is a great place to stay! This house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was great with communication. I was amazed at how equipped it was for anything you needed. Great place to stay for a family trip, lots of space.

Perfection!
When we drove up to the property, it was a “wow” moment. When we walked into the house, another “wow” moment. It is beautifully appointed with a homey comfortable atmosphere. The best part was its cleanliness. Really clean!!! The owner is attentive and kind, with prompt communication. When we are in town, this will be our go-to place to stay!

Outstanding Accommodations in Omaha!
This was our second10+ day stay at this property for the US Swimming Olympic Trials and it was perfect for our family! It’s a beautiful house with a beautiful yard. The back deck and walkout basement porch overlook one of the fairways on an adjacent golf course. We enjoy cooking most of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with every large and small appliance you would need or want. There’s plenty of space for visiting friends and family to stay as both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms have huge sectional sofas that are comfy enough to crash on all night. The house is super clean and the decor provides a great environment to relax away from the excitement of Trials and/or the College Workd Series. Omaha is a great city with a lot to offer visitors and this house is a great place to come home to and get away from the hustle and bustle and chill. The owner checks in to make sure everything is good (it always is!) and responds quickly to any inquiries (grocery store, hair salon, etc.). Our family highly recommends this property … it’s our all time favorite rental!

Wonderful Experience
Best place to stay in Omaha! My family needed a place to stay after we had a house fire. Liz was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure the house was clean and ready for us on very short notice. This is a luxury home stocked with everything you need. 3 car garage, laundry, amazing basement is gigantic, tons of luxury linens, Comfortable beds, high end appliances, games for kids, high chair, pack n play, you name it it’s here to make your stay comfortable, and fun. We loved that every room has a full bathroom with shower and the giant jacuzzi tub is perfect to relax in after a long day. The WiFi is strong in all parts of the home. Netflix, cable, and many options on all TVs. Liz went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable during a very stressful time for our family. We can’t recommend the home enough it’s an incredible place and close by everything Omaha and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Great home for family getaway!
We had 4 adults and 4 young children stay in this house for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of space and the property was very clean! Extremely easy check in process and the owner, Liz, was very responsive! We were only about a 15 minute drive from the Omaha zoo which is how we spent one of our days there. Otherwise relaxing in the house is just what we needed! We would recommend this home to anyone. We will be back again!

Directions for checking in and expectations for checking out were complete and easy to follow!! Liz is willing to accommodate any realistic requests, and the home is very easy to get to. Great place to stay for large groups visiting the Omaha area. We were visiting our son based at Outfit AFB and this beautiful home was just the place for all of our family. Close to the base and Omaha and only 45 minutes to Lincoln. Liz is great. Very helpful and responsive We will stay again next time we visit.

Best Home Base for your wedding or special event.
We stayed at this home because our son, who is from California, was marrying a fine woman from Omaha NE. We needed a nice larger home to house our adult children, my wife, and myself. This home fit the bill perfectly! It is close to Omaha, all the attractions, and is located on a very nice street. This is a tri-level home. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the master suite which is very large with an office / sitting area which is great for doing a little business if needed while on vacation. Center floor has spacious formal dining room, music room with a beautiful player piano, family room with a sofa big enough to cuddle or even sleep on, a formal dining room with a large table for eight, and, of course, the kitchen was very nice a kitchen with a dining area. The main level also has a laundry room, balcony, and 3 car garage. Downstairs is perfect for people to entertain. It has a bar, fridge, tv, table and chairs, full bath and bedroom. This space was great for the boys, I mean groomsmen, to hang out and have a great time and not disturb the rest of us who were upstairs. Another patio is located directly outside along with golf course. If you don't already get what I am saying, it's BIG, well appointed, and great for entertaining on the road. Liz, the owner, could not be any more responsive to questions and helpfulness to our needs. She answered text messages and calls asap and was so helpful thru out the process. We give 5 stars for Liz. So wrapping this all up, if you have the need for a large home in Omaha or it's surrounding areas, grab this one up. It is a nice home base for you and your family and, by the way, the master bed is super comfortable! I don't normally sleep well on the road, but I was out like a baby in this bed. Beautifully furnished and comfortable
My family loved it. Everyone had their own room and bath. All linens, dishes, cookware, games, and instructions were provided. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving together and a grandson's wedding two days later. We were so happy to be together for these events because we all live in different states, one granddaughter came in from London. Because of pleasant weather, we used the deck frequently and loved the view on the fairway of the local golf course.

Great family reunion!
This is the second time in two years I have stayed at this house. The first was in 2015 when a group of girlfriends from high school stayed in the house a few days prior to our 40th high school reunion. The second time was a week ago when we held a family reunion in the house. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to I80 and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The house is very spacious and well-equipped with different gathering areas so people can be together or find some private space for a bit if desired. We had 7 adults and 3 children staying at the house and everyone had plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it ideal for different families all staying in the same home. Liz is great at promptly responding to any questions or issues that come up. We requested an early entry into the house and Liz responded quickly to that request that she would have the house ready one hour early. I strongly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a large space to accommodate a lot of people and look forward to staying here again soon!

Wonderful home, clean, comfortable and everything you need close by.
We rented this home for the groom and groomsmen for our daughter's wedding. It was great to have a space where they all could be together. They enjoyed the golf course for a round of "wedding golf" on Friday and were all able to get ready together on Saturday. The photographer even came to the house to do the pictures of the boys because it was such a beautiful location. It was close to the wedding venue and rehearsal dinner location. Liz was so wonderful to work with. We could not have asked for accommodations for them all.

Nice Family Vacation
The size of the house was great for our family and really loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The location was also good, felt very safe and our toddler grandchildren enjoyed the park which was a close drive. The kitchen was very well equipped and liked that it was open to the living room space. We had four vehicles and between the large garage and driveway we had plenty of parking space. Just a couple of negatives - there were ants coming into the dining area from the sliding glass door to the deck, killed several spiders throughout the house, and one of the beds was not made. I struggled to find queen size sheets and pillowcases at midnight the first night there. We had some frustrations but because of the size and convenience, would stay here again.

Great house in Omaha
We enjoyed our stay in this very large home with a nice deck. The owner was very responsive and found us two pack-and-plays for the babies. The house is very well equipped with lots of dishes and towels. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy our family reunion. Thanks to Liz, the owner!
