*A SPA area for your body and soul can be found on the upper ground floor (approached by an elevator or the outdoor staircase). It features an indoor whirlpool (Hot-Tub), a Finnish sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a TV, and a kitchenette to prepare some herbal tea. You also have the option to schedule a soothing massage with one of licensed masseuses that we recommend (not included).

* The FIRST floor level's OUTDOOR features a private and heated 40-square-meter (9,5m x 4,2m) infinity pool with hydro massage and fully automated salt electrolysis system, sun deck area (29sqm) with eight deck chairs, a lounge corner, and an outdoor shower. The pool area is connected to the indoors by a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. A short climb up the steps behind the house leads to a 52sqm plot featuring a shaded dining area that can accommodate eight people, and a barbeque (woods/charcoal). This area is also approached from the inside from the bedroom level.
The FIRST floor indoors features an amazing panoramic view of the sea and island Brač, as well as a modern open concept kitchen and living room with exterior glass walls connecting you with the pool area. Fully furnished living area with sofa, a projector with the receiver (as a TV), and dining table for eight guests makes for an incredibly comfortable stay. Adjacent to it is a wine bar featuring a wine cooler, a home bar table, stools, and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances a modern guest desires for a relaxed stay. Four cars can be safely parked on a private plot, and having a car is advised. Video surveillance is installed on the parking lot and entrance.

You can enjoy the pure air that this pristine area has to offer while strolling the hiking trails, which are surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Diocletian's Palace, built by the Roman emperor in the fourth century, is a famous town in Split with a rich history, and the villa is only 30 km (40 minutes by car) from there. Numerous stores, pubs, and cafes can be found within its walls made of white stone, as well as beneath its courtyards. The owner can help you arrange a boat trip to the island of Brač. You can try the thrilling zip-line over the Cetina Canyon or the mildly choppy river rafting, and this is recommended. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the region to spice up your vacation. For example, Makarska and Biokovo with Sky Walk, town Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice Lakes are within a drive of 1-3 hours, making them ideal for a day trip while staying in our villa.
