Patria Luxury Suite with Infinity Pool, Amazing Sea View

Built by generational family endeavour, carved into an ancient rock overlooking historical town of Omiš, Patria suite will make you feel like you are in a movie. You can sip local wines or savour food enjoying magical sunset on private terrace or by the infinity pool.

Garden full of aromatic plants surrounds apartment. From that same garden, you will get a welcoming basket full of vegetables, fruits are free-range eggs collected from the chicken coop.


Patria suite (80 sqm) has two bedrooms (first one with queen bed and private bathroom, second one with two single beds and private bathroom), toilet and one living room / dining area / kitchen (all in one space). The suite is ideal for four persons but can accommodate up to six people for additional fee.

In the apartment, you will find handmade furniture, carefully combined with sculptures made by local young artists.

In addition, there is a large terrace (30 sqm) with outdoor kitchen, shared garden and during summer months private infinity pool (30sqm) with private pool terrace (60 sqm). Take a swim in infinity pool while you glaze at the Adriatic Sea just below you. During night, you can see fisherman’s ships in the starlit bay. Fish which they catch can be consumed the very next day in many sea food restaurants in the area.


Patria suite is part of a family home – your hosts are a couple with their two dogs offering you a piece of their own heaven. They live in the same house but have separate entrance on the other side of the property. Owners are at ground level. Suite and pool are above that, and hosts do not use upper levels except for daily quick maintenance of the pool and watering gardens.



ADDITIONAL INFO:

During summer months (beginning of May – end of October) private heated infinity pool is accessible.

Parking and WiFi are free.

Recycling bins are available to guests and waste is recycled.

The kitchen in Patria suite is very well equipped with an oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stovetop, electric kettle, espresso machine and filter coffee machine.

There is outdoor kitchen at the terrace with electric BBQ.

We will also provide basic kitchen ingredients such as seasonings, oil, coffee, sugar etc.

You will get free toiletries and toilet paper.

The beds will be made and you will get extra linens, 12 big towels, 12 middle ones, 12 small ones, 4 towels for the floors and 6 big towels for the pool.

If needed, a baby cot and/or high chair can be made available for an additional fee.
