'I have not received the booked room, I got a smaller room. During check in I have not been told that I would receive another room. I discovered this after entering the room. The reason for for this other room was that I was traveling alone and I did not need 2 beds but I had to pay for it. Did not get a discount. '

'Hotel was near the airport which is quite useful! I could use the free shuttle in the morning when I had to get back to the airport, which takes about 15 minutes. I forgot my coat and wallet in my room after I checked out but the cleaner found it, wanted to bring it to the reception when I just got back to the room and reminded me to check my wallet if there was anything missing. 'Ze nemen de telefoon niet op als je belt voor de shuttle, kamer is ok maar geen goede verduistering. Ligt in verlengde van de startbaan je hebt oordoppen nodig en luide tram buiten. Bed is vomfortbel en badkamer redelijk maar zeer krappe douche. Restaurant was top.'

'For those who searching for a little bit religious atmosphere this is the best place .i was in Easter time which give the best feel , attending the religious Prays on the big church.located in the middle of city center ,u have all the best views and u can have a little walk in the evening and u watch the luminous Castle and a lot of .U have palas mall which is big and have everything. I didt eat there i used to go to the church then eat outside. Calm,not noisy .My room was on the garden watching...

'Easy late night check in and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The reception team were attentive and thoughtful - even offering a buffet take-away breakfast knowing we had an early flight back. Regular bus service outside of the hotel meant we could enjoy the best of Gdansk till late. A wonderful break made easy by these fab new hotel. Thank you! '
