'We had a wonderful time at this property, and will book again in the future. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they helped us transfer to a new room when we had an issue with a wet carpet (from the air conditioner). The breakfast had good options, the property amenities were lovely, we loved having a full kitchen! We only wished we could stay longer.'

'We enjoyed our two days at this hotel very much, in the nice Cherry shopping/restaurant part of Denver. The staff were very friendly, and the room was superb. Our experience was unfortunately marred after our stay when we discovered we left an expensive toiletry bag in the room. Numerous phone calls to the hotel did not generate a response, and they were not helpful at all in trying to retrieve it. The friendliness seems therefore somewhat superficial. '
