'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'I was upset upon check-in that my locally living friend was not being allowed to stay as my guest, but that's a policy that many hotels have there, it seems. Finally, he was allowed to stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect..Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, and perfect location within New Market. The hotel was nicely decorated, as well.'
