'The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. '
