'Dit hotel overtreft alles wat we op Sicilië hebben gezien. Deze verbouwde boerderij met heel oude muren en restanten uit het verleden, ligt erg rustig, dicht bij zee en bij bezienswaardige steden met leuke restaurantjes. De kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en eigen ligstoelen voor de deur was zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt was goed, evenals het diner in het restaurant, met weliswaar een beperkte keuze. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.'

'Goede ervaring, je voelt het karakter van de familie in de warme benadering in het degelijke restaurant. Kamer prima in orde. De troef is het grote zwembad. Het hotel ligt wel ver verwijderd van de meer interessante plaatsen zoals Noto of Ragusa.'

'Erg schoon verblijf, ontbijt was erg goed en heel goed bed. Minpuntje was de beperkte mogelijkheden voor restaurants in de buurt. Ze hebben wel een eigen restaurant. Onze kamer was ontzettend gehorig (we zaten op de eerste verdieping wellicht dat het op andere plekken beter is?)'
