'Perched on a hill high above Rasun Anterselva (Rasun-Antholz), this is a brilliant restoration of an old mill with all modern amenities including a beautiful sauna. The excellent craftsmanship and creativity is evident throughout. Josef and Brigitte were perfect hosts. Every morning Brigitte would bring a delightful homemade breakfast basket, including homemade cakes, that we were able to order the day before. It is a magical place. '

'Underground parking was excellent for our bikes, easy access at all times. Hotel was an adult only but there were children in it, which may not be ok for some. Family run and Kaprun is nice but a bit quiet at this time of year. Bedroom and beds were great as was the facilities. Breakfast was ample and ideally situated for walking to restaurants or catching a bus to Zell ‘Em See. For winter sports ski lifts are close by also. '
