'Great place to stay'

'Hotel is in a perfect location with lots of places to shop around. They have a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn't try but it looked and smelled delicious. We only stayed one night and the room was in excellent condition. The hallways and room doors and beautiful. The front desk was very professional and courteous. Would stay in this lovely hotel again on my next visit to Galena!'

'Had to request towels/cloths and room service 😩. As Hilton Honors member never got daily water. Had to ask on arrival. And departure. Staff nice. Breakfast lacking. '

'It was a bit outdated, but not tatty. The beds were great, as well as the sheets. Best sleep I have had this holiday. Good location, could easily walk to the restaurants in the area, as well as the River Museum.'

'This is only our second time staying, but we will be back again! Customer service at the desk has been so friendly both times, those ladies were AMAZING! It's connected to an Old Chicago restaurant so there is no need to find a place to eat. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Thank you to all the staff!!'
