'Excellent location and lots of stuff to do around the hotel.'

'Hotel is in a perfect location with lots of places to shop around. They have a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn't try but it looked and smelled delicious. We only stayed one night and the room was in excellent condition. The hallways and room doors and beautiful. The front desk was very professional and courteous. Would stay in this lovely hotel again on my next visit to Galena!'

'It was a great location for our plans. All staff contact was terrific. I just wish ALL hotels would have a 2 hour window of adults only in the pool/hot tub areas. Here and the place we stayed the night before were jam pack with loud screaming children, so it was IMPOSSIBLE to go for a swim or sit in the hot tub.'

'It was a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and I appreciated the amenities of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion. There didn't appear to be enough staff as the front desk was often empty but the workers that were there were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are showing a bit of wear especially in the showers and wallpaper but they were still clean. I would stay again with my family. '
