The only issues were the floors were dirty when we got there, laundry was still in the dryer, and we never received any check-in info until I contacted the host. Not a big deal. Other than that we really enjoyed the house, the kids loved running around the backyard. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was in a fairly quiet area, with little traffic. I enjoyed reading the history of the home and land. Thanks for a great stay!'

'Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!'

'This house was perfect for us. It provided enough space for the kids and adults to be able to do our own thing when we wanted but also could be together as a family. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was there. The house was easy to find in a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. Travis was super responsive when we had questions and he was great to work with. 'Location is right in the heart of Lincoln. Within walking distance of the Haymarket, UNL campus and all the restaurants, shops and theatres in downtown. Parking is very convenient and is included in the price of the stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Communication was perfect.'
