'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Prima hotel dat zo uit de catalogus van deze keten is gevallen. Exact als alle anderen. Schoon. Enige minpunt is het instabiele WiFi in in ieder geval kamer 327 toen wij er waren.'

'Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Room is clean and appears new. The restaurant/bar is attached, but is a separate facility. Seemed a little messy when I went in around 8:00 pm. We have a small dog and loved that there was a door to the outside at the back of our room. However, the sprinkler system had been on and the grass and sidewalks were soaked- literally inches of standing water at 8:30pm. Kind of a mess. Location is good, but is not downtown. '
