'As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. '

'Loved our one night stay at this hotel! We stayed in the Hathaway suite. Super comfortable and cozy, there was a fireplace (although we didn't use it), an AC for cooling or heating, a jetted spa, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, fridge, plenty of cutlery & crockery. Check-in and check-out were easy. Free parking. Comfy couch and bed. It's part of a strip of shops so it's only a 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to Dandenong Botanic Garden. Would absolutely stay here...

'Maybe enter driveway from top down would be better. Couldn’t connect to Wifi. Tv remote didn’t work downstairs. Gas log heater down stairs in lounge room couldn’t light it. Wood heater in kitchen/dining area was Smokey. Face washer with bath towel would be great per person. Mattress in bedroom next to main bathroom not great. Hand towel for laundry toilet would be good. Towels were good. Nice bathroom products. Lots of mirrors and hair dryers. Mattress in main bedroom down stairs off lounge...
