'First of, this is no hotel. This is more like a very shabby b&b. We stayed at this place for one night with our two small children.
First thing we did was pay for the room, the only place in turkey that charged us before doing anything else.
We got a ‘family room’ on the third floor, with no lift. The room itself was extremely unsafe for children. There was a ridiculously steep staircase with loose boards.
No baby bed was put in room, despite a received e-mail confirming this. When...

Basit sade bir konaklama imkanı. Güler yüzlü bir aile tarafından işletiliyor. İlk günüm klima çalışmadı, otel sahibini bilgilendirdim. Anında başka bir oda verdiler.
Gelecek sene tatil rotamız yine Mersin olursa, seve seve aynı oteli tercih ederim.

'We really enjoyed our stay at Mersin hotel panorama. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious; we loved the fresh menemen! Rooms have seaview, are clean and so is the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable; we slept like babies. The only downside was that I had to shower with cold water. Not the end of the world but warm water would have been nice. Nonetheless a hotel I warmly recommend.'
