'There were 3 beds in my single room. No GSM coverage at all in my room at the south side of the hotel, only when holding my phone against the window. Room was comfortable & clean and indeed included free, good functioning, wifi. The south side of the hotel is so close to the highway you can't open your window because of the noise. Consider booking something else.'

'The Hyatt Centric is a very comfortable and well kept hotel. Two things impressed me: (1) whereas most hotels pay lip service to Covid prevention, the Hyatt Centric actually practices it. Rather than doing a buffet breakfast, it was table service from a good menu. This is much more hygienic. (2) we had an issue with a bed, being less wide than expected. The lady at the reception (Lauren) gave us another room which not only had a real king-size bed, but was also more quiet. Well done! The manager...
