Nigel was very responsive and met us at the apartment to show us how to get in, use the keys, hot water heater, etc. He also provided some great recommendations for restaurants/pubs, museums and more. This was in a central location in the heart of the city so we were able to walk almost everywhere. The train station is also within a 10 minute walk. Overall, this apartment met the needs...
