'The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. 'The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoy your time at the resort. My wife and I had a great time, we are looking forward to our next stay. While all the staff is very attentive and friendly, Mayordomo Rafael, the bartenders Jorge, Eric, and Ismael were standouts for us. Top notch service, no complaints!'

'Absolutely stunning. Check in was a breeze, Evgar truly went above and beyond to welcome us. At check in, he booked us a special dinner reservation at The Magna restaurant for my husband's bday. Although reservations are not required, they truly made this dinner special with rose pedalled table, a "happy bday" plaque and a mini cake.The resort has a vast array of restaurants and I was expecting average buffet food, but let me tell you the food was delicious. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
