'The waitresses were very rude to me, for no reason. I’m a tourist and maybe it’s because I don’t Spanish. But it made me feel not welcome the way they treated me. The resort was very nice and they did their best to clean the beach. The room was nice and the cleaningladies, did a good job with cleaningservice. '

Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean.
