'The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. It was not busy so that helped . One nice thing was the booze was all top shelf Overall a very nice resort just not happy with good situation'

'I stayed at TRS Punta Cana expecting a premium adults-only experience. The property looks the part. The food does not.
Every meal felt careless. At the Indian restaurant, the butter chicken had bones in it — at a resort charging 5-star prices. The corn was soggy like it had been sitting for hours. Breakfast was a letdown too — no pancakes, one of the most basic items at any resort buffet.
Room service was a whole other level. Whatever we ordered came out so aggressively salted we could barely...
