'Hasmat was excellent'

'Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).'

'The location is really out of the world, I have been to booty many times in the past, but this was the first time I been here and totally new side of ooty. Its right for people who like silence, peace and enjoy the chill weather. the roomsare spacious and very comfy with clean bathrooms.usually hotel roomsare compact and cramped,but this hotel rooms are very spacious. I will def come again.'

'Clean and nice place to stay'

'Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit'
