The kitchen is fully equipped - electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, hot water, refrigerator and freezer and of course dishes and utensils.
The flat is full air-conditioned, with a flat-screen cable Tv, free Wifi. Parking next to the house.

It is located in a building less than a fifty meters from the main city beach as well as from the city’s promenade named Lungo mare. Just take a beach towel and walk to the beach in flip-flops.

All essential amenities like all kind of shops, shopping center, pharmacies, banks, cafes and restaurants, church, the bus station are maximum 2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartments.
It has an open view on the sea, the beach, Town of Rijeka and its surroundings.
