Experience coastal elegance in our newly rebuilt rooftop villa, just steps from Slatina Beach in Opatija’s historic center. This sophisticated two-bedroom retreat marries Bauhaus-inspired design with traditional stone architecture, where custom skylights and soaring ceilings bathe every room in natural light.

Luxury meets comfort throughout, with two full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and eco-conscious materials that ensure a healthy stay. The private 50 m² rooftop garden terrace is located directly above the apartment and offers partial sea views, outdoor dining and peaceful setting for morning coffee or an evening drink. A charming flight of original old stone stairs, located immeditley outside the apartment entrance, leads directly to the terace. The loft features two confortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a gourment kitchen and eco-conscius materials selected to create a comfortable and healthy stay. Air conditioning and radiant floor heating provide year-round comfort. Additional conveniences include a washer, dryer, Smart TV, spacious closets and comprehensive securety features.

Set directly on the famous Lungomare promenade, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Opatija’s galleries, restaurants, and the stunning 13 km coastal path.

• $1000 penalty fee for unauthorized productions & filming.
