This two floor house is located right next to Opatija, in Icici, a quiet spot surrounded with nice houses, lots of greenery and panoramic views over the Adriatic coast.

This is a cosy and unique apartment fitting ideally up to 4 person. Beside the lovely swimming pool with sea view, this apartment offers a wonderful terrace with a professional barbeque which is provided for guests. The flat offers a complete tranquil and private stay and leaves an unforgettable impression. 4 sunbeds and parasols are reserved at the common pool area. The house has 2 additional floors and the second floor is also rented by Chiara. The bathroom was renovated for summer 2022 with a walk in shower.

Ičići is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We call it “Croatian Beverly Hills” as well. Most of the houses have a stunning sea view, and the beach can be reached by foot within 10 minutes downhill. Tranquility, fresh air, lots of greenery and privacy are the fundaments of this area. It is a 3 minute drive to Icici beach, 10 minutes to Opatija. Medveja and Moscenicka draga are accessible within 15 minutes.
