A comfortable hotel. The shampoo dispenser was empty, which of course I didn’t discover until I needed it and then it was too late to call for a refill.

Manager greeted us with a hometown feeling. Very pleasant experience. Room was spacious and bed was comfy, but if you like fluffy thick pillows I suggest you bring your own pillow. Good variety of places to eat near the hotel as well.

The front desk was super nice. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. Room was never cleaned in three days and was left no clean towels. Room was very nice except the bed. It was so lumpy we go no sleep in the three days. But hotel convenient to all shopping and dining.

The only negative things i had to say is the hotel need breakfast selection and more thsn one waffle maker.

From arrival to departure the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. Room was clean and very big. Loved everything about the stay and will definitely stay again in the future!

Good location near I-85, Walk-Ons, and Wild Wing Cafe that has live music. There is also a movie theater and Tigertown over the bypass.

Home2Suites is convenient to the surrounding areas and I enjoyed the amenities. The morning breakfast was also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However housekeeping here is almost nonexistent. We stayed here for 7 days and nights and we had our room cleaned twice. We even requested housecleaning (per their policy) yet no one cleaned our room or removed the trash. By the time we left I ended up removing our trash on my own. Other than that everything was okay. Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel.

Great place.
We were greeted promptly upon arrival. Our room was very clean. We noticed the tub was not draining properly and called front desk. They promptly changed our rooms without any hesitation. The only notable mention is the hot water took a long time to kick on in the shower but other than that the stay was excellent and we will be staying there again the next time we visit our family.

The room was clean. However, most women use two towels for their hair,so having more than two towels might be a better option. The breakfast could be improved upon. Only one waffle maker and where you kept the eggs didn't keep enough to supply more than 7 people at a time. The bread was neatly separated but no bagels.

I especially like the large room with couch and table next to the bed. This is a very comfortable hotel. The gym was great. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean, but the carpet can be cleaner.

The staff was FANTASTIC! The hotel location is easy access to a main road, a very nice gas station and convenience mart is close by as well. 12 minutes from golf and 5 minutes from multiple dining options.
