We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels. The room key didn’t work so every day we had to get it rekeyed.

Staff would not wear masks ! Surly when you asked them to. Small roaches in room , staff had personal vehicles parked in loading space. Very noisy at night, thin floors and walls . I will never stay there again!!!

Every thing is tired and dirty. Staff sleeping in the lobby or sitting outside smoking. Some staff not very pleasant. Room needed the floors swept and washed, new bedding, walls patched and painted and the lobby is disgusting. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend it.

The property was pretty decent, for the price. The room came with a kitchenette, which was very useful. The bed was kind of comfortable. Not the best I’ve ever slept in, but not the worst. But, again, for the price, the room was very adequate. I’d stay there again.

The staff was more than friendly. We didn't check in until midnight and the front clerk was very friendly even at that hour. Other than that, it was a very disappointing stay considering the price I had to pay since it was a football weekend. This property has the potential to be a very nice hotel. Nice location, but the hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, inside and outside. Apparently there are long term contractors staying there which were out in the parking lot at midnight working on their cars and drinking beer. They were friendly and I never felt threaten but in the morning there were beer bottles all over the parking lot. The room had a GREAT air conditioner, but in the morning when you start looking around you could tell that the cleanliness of the room was not good. The A/C vent discharge was horrible. The bathroom shower had long term leak that had caused mold which had not been touched in many months. The bathroom door would not close. Opened the curtains and the dust around the window was thick.

Did not intent on selecting/booking a smoking room. Another nonsmoking room available but cable not working. Bedding had holes in it. The door was open when I entered the room. Door did not shut not lock appropriately. Not enough pillows. I did like the kitchen feature but not appropriate for my stay.

When we checked into our room there were live cockroaches and several other live bugs throughout the room. When I told the front desk attendant he didn't seem the least bit surprised or disgusted. He ended up moving us to another room which didn't have visible live bugs in it. If I had another option I would have left the hotel. My daughter refused to stay due to the lack of cleanliness and chose to sleep in our car versus stay in the hotel. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel to hotels frequently.

Found a cockroach in my room. Still haven’t received a call regarding it. I would like some type of refund. The pool was filled with gross, standing water. I will not stay here again.

Great stay and affordable
Very clean and I had a great quiet stay. I love that the kitchens in rooms come with pots and pans and a coffee maker, toaster, stove and microwave and a full fridge with ice. I would definitely go back if the beds were comfier.

Kitchen cabinets were dirty, live roaches, curtain was hanging off the rail, no window screen but you could open window, moldy shower curtain, no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion), only 2 crappy bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths, carpet on both stairwells were stained and filthy with debris, bed sheets looked clean but with the lack of cleanliness, I slept fully dressed.

It’s ok...
One night stay for a football weekend. The place is a low cost long stay motel, which is undergoing renovations. It should be better once they finish. Overall it’s ok, we didn’t see anything dirty or gross in our room. The room was clean enough. Fulfilled the goal of not paying $350 for a similar place closer to campus.

Great location
It is a ok place to lay your head. It had a coffee pot in the room but no cups to use for coffee (only plastic & that doesn't go well with hot coffee). Mostly clean & the staff was nice. They are doing some remodeling so this time it smelled of paint but not too bad. Overall it's convenient & decent.

This place was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. The carpet down the main hallway was absolutely filthy: covered in stains and what looked like carpet powder that had been sprinkled on and never vacuumed up. We checked in after the posted check-in time, but the room they sent us to had not been cleaned, and the "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes. The staff gladly offered us another room, but when we got in there, though it had been cleaned, it smelled of stale fried chicken. It was, quite frankly, vomitous. We immediately checked out and found another hotel.
