'We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got a room on 9th floor with a fantastic mountain view. It’s big room enough for a couple. There is no hairdryer in the room. The location is very quiet as we expected. Hotel is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Amazing breakfast with many options. Room service was great. '

'It’s a nice place and had some great features. Others, like shredded bathmat and torn curtains really detract from the overall impression. '

'The hotel was very good, the room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt minimaal. Kamers schoon maar zeer gehorig'

'The hotel is standard, location is good but so much noise from the street , I had to leave early , to move to another hotel .'

'Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.'

'Nice'

'Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep '
