'GALA Hotel was okay overall for the price, and the room itself was nice and comfortable. However, I didn’t like that our room was right next to the reception area because there was almost no privacy. People were talking loudly all day working answering the phone talking to other staff members while we were trying to sleep, which made it hard to rest. 'The room was clean and all was functional. Hot shower and great features. Well situated in a safe neighborhood. Access was easy. My stay was unfortunately affected by guests that did not respect the quiet hours and were partying at 3am in a common area. If it wasn’t for that unfortunate situation, this would have been a 5-star review.'
