'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'

'Perfect, and perfectly situated in the best neighborhood. This historic building is charming and the decor is lovely with a super comfy bed. I was in room 8 which is perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are super helpful. Colonia Americana is the coolest part of the city and Gala Hotel is on the nicest street full of grand homes, coffeeshops and restaurants. 'Staff muy atento, AC de la habitación eficiente, desayuno buffet empezaba a las 7 pero a las 8 aún faltaban un par de guisados, estacionamiento de tamaño limitado pero el personal maximiza de manera correcta el espacio para que los autos estén bajo resguardo. Por su ubicación llega algo de ruido de la vida nocturna de afuera, quienes sean sensibles a esto deben tenerlo presente.'

'The room was clean and all was functional. Hot shower and great features. Well situated in a safe neighborhood. Access was easy. My stay was unfortunately affected by guests that did not respect the quiet hours and were partying at 3am in a common area. If it wasn’t for that unfortunate situation, this would have been a 5-star review.'
