'Very friendly staff'

'The hotel itself is in a nice street where there are a few really nice restaurants. The local adviced me to go to the Italian restaurant. When I arrived in the late afternoon I got an upgrade to a bigger room what was really nice especially if you are tired and had a long journey. Really appreciate this and the hotel was clean. So definitly stay here again. '

'dit is geen 5 sterren waard, ontbijt is zo beperkt, slechte service, 30 min wachten op een koffie, dan nog eens 15 min op meld. personeel loopt constant op hun gsm bezig hun socials te doen ipv op de klanten te letten. 42 euro voor een koffie, croissant en sneetje hesp is kaas is er echt over. als je dit aanklaagt krijg je als antwoord ; " we zullen he doorgeven". men heeft nog niet eens het professionalisme om u te woord te staan.'

'Great stay in the Marais. Location is good neat place de la bastille. Staff is professional. Rooms are large enough. No tips for improvement other then a larger safe where you can put a tablet in. That gives an idea of the state of this hotel. It is excellent.'

'Room was very tiny and basic, but clean and with comfortable bed. Okay if you plan to be out all day and don't need much comfort. Friendly staff. Location is excellent, nice restaurants and cafe's nearby, metro station very close. On a main street but not too busy at night, did not experience any noise.'
