Charming Provencal house with view and comfortable pool-house

Charming house located on the heights of the Provençal village of Opio, with a beautiful view of the village of Châteauneuf de Grasse and the surrounding hills. The house is located in a peaceful area. It is secured by an indoor and outdoor alarm system.

We are 30 minutes from Nice airport and 25 minutes from Cannes. The city of Grasse, famous for its perfumes, is only 15 minutes away.

Art lovers will be delighted with the Maeght Foundation (Saint Paul de Vence) and the old village of Mougins which are 20 minutes away.

For sports enthusiasts, hiking, near the hilltop village of Gourdon are available about ten minutes from the house. Golfers will have 3 golf courses nearby. The Golf de la Grande Bastide is 5 minutes away and the Golf d'Opio Valbonne and the beautiful Saint Donat golf course are 10-15 minutes away. Finally, there is a municipal tennis court less than five minutes away with four outdoor courts.

Finally, you can have a drink or a meal on the terrace in the village of Valbonne less than 10 minutes away.

The house is in a Provençal style, but many of the rooms have been renovated in a contemporary style.
On the garden level, it has a large fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen overlooking the garden.

The living room on the same floor overlooks the village of Châteauneuf. It faces south and west. It is equipped with a TV equipped with all online platforms.

You will also find on this floor, a dining room that can accommodate between six and eight people.

Finally, this floor has a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed with a large wardrobe and a lot of storage space of about 20 m² in which you have a bathroom, renovated, equipped with a toilet and a double shower. This room is equipped with air conditioning.

At R-1 of the house, you will have access to a games room both video games with a play station 5 but also board games. Other activities such as yoga can be carried out in this room where two yoga mats will be available as well as a connected TV.

On this floor, you will also find two bedrooms, one is facing North. It consists of a 160x200 cm bed with cupboard and wardrobe. A private bathroom is present in this room, consisting of a shower and a sink. Given its exposure, this room is quite cool, but a pedestal fan is available in case of high heat.

Finally, the last bedroom, also located on the first floor, consists of a 160x200cm bed and a small children's bed (under 5 years old). As the bedroom is quite large, a travel cot (not provided) can be added. A ceiling fan system is equipped. There is also a private bathroom, consisting of a shower, a sink and a toilet.

As for the outside, you have a 2000 m² plot of land with a landscaped garden of Mediterranean plants and olive trees.
In summer, you will have lemons and figs, verbena...

The 12 m by 4 m heated infinity pool, facing south, in Balinese style, will relax you by enjoying a 180° view of the Provençal countryside and the village of Châteauneuf de Grasse. It is equipped with a roller shutter to maintain satisfactory heat (thanks to solar blades) but also to secure the pool (the shutter supports a weight of 60 kg).

You can also enjoy an aperitif or a barbecue in a pool house. It dominates the land in a strategic position under the oak trees. This area is equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, a gas barbecue with plancha. At the back of this pool house, a dishwasher and toilets and an outdoor shower are available.
A ping pong table, an electronic dartboard will keep young and old busy.

As for the equipment, sheets, towels with shower gel and shampoo are provided. You will be welcomed by a person who will provide you with your first aperitif of the holidays and who will be available in case of any problems during your stay. For the most connected, the house is equipped with Fiber.

The gardener will come once a week to keep the land as pleasant as possible for you.
The pool builder will come once a week for maintenance.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, and in the case of a two- or three-week rental, a cleaning will be carried out once a week.
